The Starlit Eagle

The Starlit Eagle is a commemorative artwork that was commissioned by the NATO Memorial Federation FMO ahead of its 911 remembrance event in Fréthun in 2021. The eagle symbolises the unbreakable spirit of New-York from the top of the One World Trade Center. It is surrounded by five-pointed stars in a blue night reminiscent of the American and the European flag.
