Recycled Desires

Recycled Desires

description

His art focuses on creating and giving life and significance to otherwise discarded objects; He follows no rules, no trends, no preconceived perceptions of what an object or what art should be. His goal is to continue working to erase the domino effect that discarded objects have on our planet. Experimentation is a very important component of his art. He relies on it, in every step of the creative process which gives him the freedom to create only with his own ideas and his hands until reaching the point of mere objects transcending their original purpose beyond materials and materialism. The artist walks the streets of NYC regularly in search of raw materials to give it a new unexpected life in his studio. Everything the artist creates is using ONLY found objects. With his unconventional use of materials, he seeks to create works of art that provoke debate and discussion among audiences around the world, about our current, and very real growing problem: Garbage. From electronic wires to mannequins to musical instruments, this is a very good example of how unconventional it is to be using "garbage" to make works of art. What some consider "garbage", the artist prefers to call it raw material, this work of art is a very good example of that. Every item was found on the streets of NYC
