Memory Dissected is from Abstract Photo Reality Series. It is also referred to as Art Against Pollution, as the idea behind these series is to incite humanity to change collectively by bringing their attention to the pollutants in the sky that are depicted in the abstraction of this painting. This concept first debuted in 2017 by the Red Dot/Spectrum Art Fairs, under Planet3arth Art Exhibits. It is a concept which combines imagination with reality, realism with abstraction, and real life with art. This particular piece is a mix of collage, photography and painting, depicting a distant memory of the city forever in JuanCarlos' heart.
