Chip Bags and Candy Wrappers collected from the coastal areas of New York Harbor. This innocent looking packaging is made by combining a plastic exterior with a foil interior layer. Thus making the packaging, which has a short useful life, into packaging that lives with us forever as there is no practical means to recycle it.
